At Orchards Village we believe that life should be lived to the fullest. That is why we offer a full program of Assisted Living services, and you only pay for the services you need. These services are in addition to the monthly rent and are based on individual assessments performed by our professional staff. Residents choose from studio and one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes and plenty of extra storage space.

As a resident of our Assisted Living Apartments, your monthly rent includes:

• All utilities and cable TV (excluding personal telephone)
• Three meals each day
• Social activities
• Apartment maintenance
• Transportation in our deluxe bus for activities and medical appointments
• 24-hour on-site staff to monitor our emergency response system
• Consulting nurse on-site
• Changing and laundering of bed and bath linens
• Laundering of clothes once a week
• Housekeeping once a week

Other personal support services that are available as part of your personalized support plan:*

• Assistance with getting up and ready for the day, and getting ready for bed at night
• Frequent housekeeping and personal services
• Medication management and administration
• General health supervision and interventions
• Assistance with bathing
• Assistance with everyday meals
• Providing special diets and snacks
• Providing special care at night, as needed
• Scheduled tray service for short periods of time
