How do I become a member of the Membership program?
After you have selected your apartment or cottage, you pay a Membership Fee based on the size of your new home. 

What are the benefits of being a member of the Membership Program?
As a member you will see immediate benefits through a substantially reduced monthly rate. And you will have the security of knowing that you have a nest egg in case you need assisted or memory care services in the future.

Is any of the Membership Program returned to me?
If you move out of the community, the refundable portion shall be at least 75% of the Membership Fee account balance, less any amount used for services that may have been provided through our assisted or memory care programs, regardless of how long you have resided at Orchards Village.
